rrr5 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "rrr5", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the rrr5 online betting and casino service accessible at rrr5.io and all associated subdomains.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the rrr5 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the rrr5 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other wagering product offered on the rrr5 Platform.
• "Sporting Event" refers to any cricket match, football match, kabaddi fixture, or other competitive athletic event on which rrr5 offers betting markets.
• "Casino Game" refers to any live-dealer table game, slot title, or other random-number-generator-based game made available through the rrr5 Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the reference time zone used across all rrr5 Platform operations.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the exclusive currency in which Balances, Deposits, and Withdrawals are denominated on the rrr5 Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by rrr5 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.

Access to and use of the rrr5 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of a Player's use of the Platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rrr5 enforces a strict 21+ policy without exception. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings generated while underage will be voided and withheld pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of rrr5 or any of its technology or game-content providers.
• Jurisdictional Responsibility: You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction. You accept sole and full responsibility for ensuring that your use of the rrr5 Platform does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

rrr5 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and may result in Account closure.

To access real-money betting and casino services on rrr5, a Player must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be conducted by you.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify rrr5 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. rrr5 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to safeguard their credentials.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or otherwise transferring your Account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: rrr5 reserves the right to require KYC verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Verification documents may include a government-issued national ID, passport, or driver's licence, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

rrr5 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

All financial transactions on the rrr5 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

4.1 Deposits

• rrr5 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to daily, weekly, or monthly caps as displayed within the Platform.
• Deposits are credited to a Player's Account Balance in real time in most cases. rrr5 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or technical issues outside of rrr5's control.
• Players must only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in their own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment instruments belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by rrr5's finance team following KYC review.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits are displayed within the Platform and may vary by account tier and payment method.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM BST on a standard business day are processed within the same calendar day in most cases. Requests submitted after 8:00 PM BST will be processed on the following business day.
• rrr5 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, prior to releasing funds. Processing time may be extended during such reviews.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the Player's responsibility unless otherwise stated within the Platform.

4.3 Currency

All Balances, Bets, and payouts on the rrr5 Platform are denominated exclusively in BDT. rrr5 does not hold or process funds in any foreign currency. Players depositing from non-BDT-denominated accounts do so at their own risk and expense.

rrr5 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal campaign rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game restrictions will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless the promotion terms expressly permit concurrent bonuses.
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period, stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds not wagered before expiry will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Abuse: rrr5 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has abused the bonus system, engaged in matched betting, placed low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. rrr5 may restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, payment method, or geographic location at its sole discretion.
• Amendment and Withdrawal: rrr5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered in good faith.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the rrr5 Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules supplement these general rules and are accessible within the relevant betting market:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when the Platform issues a confirmed bet receipt. Bets placed during a technical fault or odds-feed error are not considered valid and may be voided at rrr5's discretion.
• Odds: Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable at the time a bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet and cannot be subsequently changed by either party.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed at the time of placing a bet. rrr5 reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits without notice.
• Void Bets: rrr5 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, palpable mistake, or technical fault. Void bets result in the original stake being returned to the Player's Balance.
• Event Abandonment: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the timescale stipulated in the sport-specific rules, bets on that event will be settled according to rrr5's void and abandonment policy as published on the Platform.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to a short delay between submission and acceptance to allow for odds verification. rrr5 reserves the right to reject in-play bets that fall outside acceptable risk parameters.
• Cricket — BPL, IPL & International Matches: Match and series outcomes are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ECB, BCCI, BCB, ICC). Any subsequent changes to official results, including those resulting from appeal processes, will not affect settled bets unless rrr5 expressly states otherwise.

rrr5 provides access to live-dealer casino games and random-number-generator (RNG) slot titles sourced from third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The following terms apply to all casino game activity:

• Game Rules: Each casino game is governed by the rules of that specific game as determined by the game provider. Game-specific rules are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-provider rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with respect to Account, Balance, and withdrawal matters.
• RNG Certification: All RNG-based slot and table game titles are supplied by independently certified game providers. rrr5 does not modify game outcomes and has no influence over the RTP (Return to Player) percentages programmed by game providers.
• Live Casino: Live-dealer games are streamed from professional studio environments. In the event of a connection interruption during a live game, the game round result will be determined by the live-dealer studio's own system log, which shall be treated as the authoritative record of the outcome.
• Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits: Each game carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits as set by the game provider and/or rrr5. These limits are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a wager.
• Malfunction: In the event of a casino game malfunction, all affected game rounds are void and stakes will be returned to Players' Balances. rrr5 will not be liable for any losses alleged to have arisen from a game malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rrr5 Platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other Players, game operators, or any third party for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or gaining an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or insider betting based on non-public information relating to sporting events.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown system error will be voided.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information to rrr5 or its verification partners.
• Placing bets designed to qualify for a bonus while deliberately minimising risk through hedging, arbitrage, or matched-betting strategies.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after betting activity has been conducted using those funds.

rrr5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• rrr5 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• The Player fails to provide satisfactory documentation in response to a KYC or source-of-funds request within a reasonable time.
• The Player has not logged in to their Account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months (inactive account).
• rrr5 is required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach by the Player, rrr5 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any withheld Balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.

Voluntary Closure: A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, rrr5 will close the Account and return any remaining real-money Balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC requirements and the absence of any open bets or pending investigations.

rrr5 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and customer support. The handling of personal data is governed by rrr5's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.

By registering an Account, you expressly consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support.
• rrr5 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, game providers) strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to data processing agreements.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is no longer under control may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During self-exclusion, the Account will be suspended and no new accounts may be opened.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service due to technical failure, maintenance, cyberattack, or force-majeure event.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.
• Any acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to safeguard their login credentials or from the Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, rrr5's total aggregate liability to a Player in connection with any claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rrr5 is incorporated as an offshore entity.

Players acknowledge that the rrr5 Platform operates as an offshore service and that rrr5 does not hold any licence issued by any Bangladeshi regulatory authority. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to them in their location.

Any dispute arising between a Player and rrr5 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable offshore jurisdiction. Players waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceedings against rrr5.

rrr5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rrr5 will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where rrr5 considers a change to be sufficiently significant, it may additionally notify registered Players via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the rrr5 Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. rrr5 recommends that Players check this page each time they access the Platform to ensure they are aware of the current terms.
